Over the past few years, GSI has empowered hundreds of Caribbean citizens through hybrid (in-person and online) training sessions, in collaboration with partners such as the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), and USAID. These collaborations strengthen regional cooperation and enable sustainable workforce growth in renewable energy.

Through initiatives like the USAID-funded SESR-Jamaica Project, GSI continues to expand access to solar PV training — including specialized programs for women and underrepresented communities.
